James lives in Ohio, teaches business and leadership courses at Kent State University, and works full time as a Senior Program Manager in the technology and banking sector. He has a bachelor’s degree focusing on non-profit leadership, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and has spent 20 years in management roles. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to and playing music, being a nerd about music history and 80s pop culture, and having deep conversations over coffee or buffalo wings.
