James wants to help you be effective, efficient, successful, and to help you find fulfillment in your work / personal life. James has a diverse professional background that colors his unique perspective - having held management and director positions, started a consulting business and non-profit organization, changed careers, and teaches at the college level. He has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Bachelor’s in non-profit management, a partial doctorate, and years of Project Management training and experience. He has 13 years of pastoral counseling experience, along with having been an adjunct professor at Kent State University for years, where he teaches Business Management and Leadership courses. He is married with four kids at home, so he also understands the complexities of life.
